Salvation Army Clitheroe.

The Salvation Army receives gov't substance abuse grants (see below) and other funds to run state addiction services. Management spends that money in various ways. (click here).

On August 9th, 2007 the Alaska Dept of Labor asked Salvation Army Clitheroe's management about misconduct accusations from an unemployment application.

The next day the Salvation Army closed Clitheroe's Detox unit (click here) with no warning, even to the state of Alaska (which funds Clitheroe).

---------------------
det As of December 2008, no senior Salvation Army staff have been held accountable for any misconduct.

Government agencies gave $4,000,000 to Salvation Army Clitheroe in 2007.
